1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of razorray3.com, operated by Razorray3 Cards & Collectibles. By purchasing from or browsing our store, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

3. Products We sell trading cards and collectibles including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and sports cards. All graded cards are authenticated by third-party grading companies (PSA, BGS, etc.). Grades and conditions are final and non-disputable.

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are displayed in USD by default. International customers may see prices in their local currency at checkout based on their region. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. See our Return & Refund Policy for limited exceptions.

6. Shipping We ship within the United States and internationally to select countries including Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, and Japan. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability Razorray3 Cards & Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our site.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
