3. Products We sell trading cards and collectibles including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and sports cards. All graded cards are authenticated by third-party grading companies (PSA, BGS, etc.). Grades and conditions are final and non-disputable.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. See our Return & Refund Policy for limited exceptions.

6. Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability Razorray3 Cards & Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our site.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
